Ever since she was a little girl, Mia has had a passion for the stage. When she was 10, she was picked up for her first starring role in an off-off-Broadway production of Annie with the New York Youth Theater in Manhattan. She caught the acting bug and the rest was history.
When it came time for college, Mia decided to place her focus on singing and studied classical voice. With years of experience in both opera and musical theater, Mia is a dynamic and multifaceted performing artist. Acclaimed for her “powerful soprano voice, at once rich and clear” (South Bend Tribune), she recently performed the role of Mary in Christian McLeer's G-Train: The Musical. Favorite roles include Mother (Hansel and Gretel), Maria (West Side Story), Sharpay (High School Musical), and Marian Paroo (The Music Man).
Mia attended the Conservatory of Music at Brooklyn College and the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. She holds a Bachelors of Music and is in the studio of Mark Schnaible.
Mia also teaches lessons in New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. Click here to find out more.
